nørthPINE Advisory

Commercial real estate advisory, Warsaw

A commercial real estate advisor needed a website that builds trust with investors and occupiers from different countries from the very first screen. I chose a calm, paper-like look with plenty of white space instead of stock photos, because this industry values seriousness over showiness. I structured the content around the situations clients come with, such as stalled negotiations, rather than around a list of services. The site works in three languages: Polish, English and French.

What I did

  • Brand identity and logo
  • Website design and build
  • Three languages: English, Polish, French

Catering company, Warsaw

The catering company wanted the website to show the atmosphere of their venues, not just the menu. That is why the homepage is a full-screen video of the interior, and the navigation sits behind a single button so nothing covers the picture. Orders go to a ready-made online shop instead of a custom one, so the client can update the offer on their own. The site is in Polish and English.

What I did

  • Website design and build in Polish and English
  • Online ordering integration
  • Email and hosting setup

POIS Monitor

Web tool for a Warsaw law firm

The law firm had to check the status of cases manually in the courts' information portal and keep clients updated. I built a tool that checks the cases every 30 minutes and emails the client when a new document or hearing date appears. The dashboard is simple: a list of cases, the clients assigned to each case and a history of sent notifications. Portal login details are encrypted and stored outside the database.

What I did

  • Regularly checks court cases and reports changes
  • Dashboard for the law firm: cases, clients, notifications
  • Server setup and maintenance

kukdomowy.app

My own recipe platform with AI

My own project: I wanted to search for recipes by what is in the fridge, not by the name of a dish. I designed an ingredient database with a hierarchy (for example, “chicken” also covers “chicken breast”), so the search finds more matching recipes. The app is designed mobile-first, with a bottom menu like in phone apps, because people usually look for recipes in the kitchen.

What I did

  • Product idea, design and full-stack build
  • User accounts and advanced recipe search
  • Built with AI-assisted development

Shorter collaborations

Brain Generative AI app, theup.io, 2021

I was responsible for visual and contextual development.

At the very beginning, there were only very basic views, and the whole idea was inside the CEO's head. From the start, we wanted to create a fully functional management system for businesses and education. We discussed the design several times a day. We developed a system in which you can do very deep and broad research without losing the core thought or idea.

AI gave you a huge space to move freely between the topics you're interested in, and to connect thoughts, web links, photos and notes. We brainstormed often so the UX would develop well, and many simple prototypes were needed to visualise the ideas.

Concept work from 2021. The product sold today as Brain by theup.io is different.

Trackine Railway fleet management software, Cedrob Group, 2021

I was the designer responsible for the visual design of the interface.

The software was created to improve the management and monitoring of the railway fleet. After joining the team, I was introduced to the general requirements of the project and its UX materials.

The interface had to stay consistent with the project requirements, so I had a narrow range of options. Because of that, I could fully immerse myself in finding the best solutions.
